D'Andrea, BS, ARM Director - Risk Management Professional Experience: Rick has extensive experience in workplace insurance, claims management, transportation safety, waste management safety and general industry safety. He has served as a claims adjuster, claims manager and vice president of a New England independent insurance adjusting company. He also has held local, regional and corporate level positions in both claims and safety for Fortune 500 corporations. He has demonstrated proven abilities in developing and implementing accident and injury prevention programs across a variety of workplace settings. Rick has professional level membership status in the American Society of Safety Engineers and is a credentialed A.R.M. by the Insurance Institute of America. Rick is an experienced instructor for commercial driver safety ("CDL") and has served on numerous industry safety committees and NIOSH panels. Education: Rick has a BS in Public Administration from Northeastern University.
